LAMINATE FLOORS

Laminate flooring has really taken off over the last few years and we have kept up to speed with the ever changing designs and styles of floors so that we are able to precision fit which ever type of floor you choose. Due to its durability, laminate wood floors can be used in almost any room of the house, with different designs suiting different rooms, i.e., slate or tile effect suit kitchens best, warm wood colours in the living room etc.

There are many different types of floors to choose from, different colours and of course different prices! At Mark Waldron Interiors we can provide a personal service, from measuring up the room to making sure there's not too much waste, to providing you with samples of colour and wood type so you can see what your new flooring looks like without it being in a magazine picture!

We normally use PERGO or Uni-Clic laminate flooring but if you have seen a style you like somewhere else, we will endeavour to provide that very same flooring if possible. Below are some photos of floors we have fitted before.

This is a real wood floor with a laminate finish which looks superb in a living room area.

An alternative to wood effect laminates is the tile effect flooring in a range of colours which works on the same system as the wood effect.

Another variation on the tile effect laminate floor. This time a slate effect grey floor, ideal in a kitchen area.

    The floor through 3 stages. The first, with the old floorboards down, then with 20mm plywood base screwed down and finally with mahogany real wood floor.

    Plywood base laid down by the door then with the mahogany floor laid down through the room and fitted up by the door.

                         This real wood floor looks wonderful when skirted afterwards.        Floor runs through room to room to give a wonderful look.

                             Door bar easily changes profile from laminate floor to lino.        Even with a door bar the floor flows beautifully from room to room
